This technology is the passenger safety guarantee and service capability enhancement technology of the platform door system independently developed by our institute. It has studied the key technical problems such as "difficulty in eliminating the risk of safety in the gap between the platform door and the train", "the second opening and closing of the platform door caused by the dynamic piston wind pressure", etc., which occur in the platform door system in the complex operating environment such as the fully-automatic operation scenario, the curved platform and the high-density traveling. Dynamic piston wind pressure triggered by the second switch of the platform door" and other key technical issues, put forward the platform door and train gap safety detection methods and platform door intelligent control strategy, developed a multi-dimensional security based on LIDAR surface scanning technology between the platform door and the train gap three-dimensional intelligent identification and control of the key technology, between the platform door and the train to establish a flexible and reliable safety protection barrier, solved the problem of the platform door system, the platform door system, the platform door and the train, the platform door system, the platform door and the train. Technical features and advantages/innovations
(1) R & D based on LiDAR surface scanning platform door and train gap multi-dimensional security intelligent identification and early warning technology, breakthroughs the existing laser or infrared radiation and machine vision identification and other technologies, such as boundary infringement, blind spot, false alarms and other technical difficulties, to achieve the "0 blind spot", "0 infringement limit ", "0 false alarm", "anti-interference" platform door gap security detection, to protect passenger safety;
(2) Research and development of laser surface scanning dynamic comparison boundary algorithm, the establishment of "LiDAR + risk area image confirmation" double insurance safety detection strategy, the construction of dynamic, accurate and efficient risk detection, early warning and response mechanism, to achieve flexible, efficient and accurate dynamic safety protection barrier;
(3) R&D of intelligent control technology for platform doors under dynamic wind pressure conditions, establishment of intelligent sensing and control strategy for platform door obstruction mode, elimination of secondary door closing problems caused by dynamic piston wind pressure in tunnels, and protection of safe traffic order.
Applications/Scenarios
The scientific research results have been in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Chengdu, Qingdao, Xiamen, Suzhou, Nanning, Shaoxing and other places to promote the application of urban rail lines, the opening of the line operation is good, the platform door system gap risk detection ability has been significantly improved, high-density traffic scenarios under the platform door secondary door closing problem has been completely solved. Technical engineering applications can be realized: the average stopping time of each train can be shortened by more than 18%; in the 0 ~ ± 600Pa tunnel dynamic wind pressure under the role of platform door system performance stability, comprehensive service capacity to enhance the 10%; door running resistance and energy consumption by 36% of the technical and economic indicators.
This innovative achievement has a significant effect on safeguarding passenger safety and improving traffic efficiency, and creates necessary conditions for promoting the safe construction of complex operation scenarios such as fully automated operation, curved platforms and high-density traffic, etc. Meanwhile, the technological breakthroughs of this technology in the areas of platform door safety, intelligentization, resistance reduction and consumption reduction will powerfully push forward the innovation and development of the urban rail platform door industry.
