The Postdoctoral Research Programme of Guangzhou Metro Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. was approved for establishment by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee in November 2020. Relying on the postdoctoral research station, we have established cooperative relationships with Tongji University, Tsinghua University, Hunan University, and other institutions, jointly cultivating postdoctoral researchers. Currently, there are a total of 8 postdoctoral researchers at the station, all of whom graduated from renowned universities at home and abroad. Our postdoctoral team, as core project members, deeply participates in the application and execution of national key R&D projects. The postdoctoral team actively participated in the National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and won the Excellence Award in the Final Competition of the First National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
