Technical Service/Product Introduction
This technology is the independently developed modular assembly key technology system for our institute. It encompasses research on modular vehicle base cover plates and modular process facilities, proposing a key technology system for vehicle base cover plates that integrates support-free assembly, strong applicability, and integrated design and construction. We have developed integrated products such as column-type inspection pits and maintenance platforms for modular process facilities, resolving issues of low construction efficiency, poor construction quality, and the inability to synchronize upper and lower construction phases in previous projects. These innovations have achieved international leading levels, with 8 authorized invention patents, 1 authorized utility model patent, and 7 pending invention patents, along with receiving the Provincial Industry Association Science and Technology Special Award.
Technical Features and Advantages/Innovations
The development of the modular vehicle base cover plate structural system fully demonstrates the advantages of support-free assembly, strong applicability, and integrated design and construction. Key technical features and innovations include:
(1)Developed a one-way frame structure system for throat areas at Chentougang Parking Lot, achieving standardized assembly in irregular column grid areas.
(2)Developed a hidden cow leg type support-free composite beam plate structure system at Longzhen Parking Lot, achieving formwork-free and support-free construction with no exposed cow legs at nodes.
(3)Developed a large-span prestressed longitudinal and transverse beam structure system at Chisha Depot, further reducing component numbers with large-span prestressed components to significantly improve construction efficiency.
The product system of modular process facilities for vehicle bases has developed new types of side-connected modular inspection pits and fully prefabricated maintenance platforms with plate-column structures, featuring:
(1)Mechanized construction to greatly enhance construction efficiency.
(2)Prefabricated production ensuring high quality and precision.
(3)Integrated design across all disciplines for efficient and aesthetically pleasing results.
Application Scenarios/Applicable Environments
The modular vehicle base cover plate key technology is suitable for large-scale, high-difficulty, and tight-deadline civil engineering and construction projects, effectively addressing the pain points of traditional cast-in-place construction methods such as multiple measures, slow overall construction period, and high labor input. The modular vehicle base cover plates have been successfully applied in Guangzhou Metro Line 11 Chisha Depot, Line 22 Chentougang Parking Lot, and Line 18 Longzhen Parking Lot. Through formwork-free and support-free construction methods, the need for ground hardening and extensive scaffolding in traditional cast-in-place plate construction has been eliminated, significantly simplifying construction measures and reducing costs. Specifically, Chentougang Parking Lot and Longzhen Parking Lot have been completed, saving 2 months (13% overall savings) and 5 months (17% overall savings) respectively. Under extremely tight schedules, this ensured the punctual opening of Lines 18 and 22 of the subway.
The product system of modular process facilities for vehicle bases is applicable to facilities such as column-type inspection pits and maintenance platforms in subway and intercity segments, effectively addressing implementation pain points such as difficult construction, poor quality, and chaotic pipelines in traditional cast-in-place modes. The modular column-type inspection pits and maintenance platforms have undergone construction method and structural testing and will be promoted in projects such as the Guangzhou-Huizhou-Fangchenggang Intercity Railway, Shenzhen Line 20 Phase II, and Nan-Zhong-Zhu Intercity Railway.
