Technical Service/Product Introduction

This technology is a prefabricated station construction technology independently developed by our institute. It researches the integrated assembly structure of permanent and temporary components in stations and the prefabricated assembly of internal structures. It proposes a method for constructing stations using integrated permanent and temporary assembly, where station perimeter walls serve as permanent structural sidewalls, supports double as main structural floor slabs and beams, and prefabricated roof and intermediate slabs are placed on support beams. We have developed new prefabricated internal structures using new high-strength materials and innovative connections and constructions. This resolves issues such as long construction periods, high pollution and noise levels, and large material and energy consumption in underground station construction, achieving industry-leading standards. It has received 8 authorized invention patents and 16 authorized utility model patents.


Technical Features and Advantages/Innovations

(1)The prefabricated station structure is suitable for both two-level and multi-level stations, with strong adaptability.

(2)The enclosure structure is organically integrated with the main structure, where perimeter walls double as sidewalls and supports serve as floor slabs, reducing engineering quantities and promoting green and low-carbon construction.

(3)Excavation works avoid the need for dismantling supports, enhancing construction safety.

(4)Floor slabs, beams and columns, platform slabs, and roof ducts are prefabricated in factories and installed without formwork on-site.

(5)Prefabricated components use new lightweight and finely designed materials, facilitating easy lifting and installation.

(6)The main structure construction period can be reduced by 2 months, while the internal structure construction period can be shortened by over 1 month.


Application Scenarios/Applicable Environments

The prefabricated station structure technology has been successfully applied at Wuyong Park Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 11. Prefabricated entrance and exit structures have been successfully applied at Dongping Station on Line 14 and Fenggang Station on Line 21. Prefabricated internal structure technology has been used at Wuyong Park Station on Line 11, Line 14 Phase II, and Line 10, and is planned for use in future designs of the Fangbai, Guangzhou-Huizhou Intercity Railway, and subsequent lines.
