On June 27, China Railway First Bureau Group Xinyun Engineering Co., Ltd. and our institute held a signing ceremony for a memorandum of cooperation at the Metro Design Building. Following multiple prior discussions, the two parties will leverage their complementary strengths to jointly expand international business.

The signing ceremony was attended by Li Yi, General Manager of China Railway First Group Xinyun Engineering Co., Ltd.; Li Yuchao, Chief Engineer; Tang Heng, Chief Accountant; Ye Ziwei, Head of the Engineering Management Department; Hu Liangliang, Manager of the Overseas Company; Zhang Lehua, Secretary of the Party Branch of Guangzhou Urban Rail Transit Company; Liu Yaoqiang, Manager of Guangzhou Urban Rail Transit Company; Wang Dijun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Guangzhou Metro Design & Research Institute; Ma Ming, Deputy Dean; Zheng Xiang, Head of the Overseas Business Department; and Luo Xinwei, Chief Engineer of the Transportation Planning and Design Institute, along with relevant personnel from the signing enterprises.
China Railway First Group Xinyun Engineering Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest railway track laying and rail operation enterprises established after the founding of the People's Republic of China. With over 70 years of development, the company has participated in the design of urban rail transit systems in dozens of cities, as well as track laying, bridge erection, mechanized track maintenance, and contracted transportation projects. It also possesses extensive experience in the construction of multiple overseas railway projects.
In the new round of strategic planning of our institute, expanding into overseas markets has been identified as a key strategic objective. Leveraging years of accumulated expertise, our institute boasts industry-leading technologies and experience in areas such as metro network renovation and green smart technologies. Meanwhile, China Railway First Group Xinyun Engineering Co., Ltd. brings abundant experience in track engineering construction, maintenance, operation management, and global resources for engineering procurement and construction (EPC) projects. The two parties will engage in in-depth cooperation to explore international business opportunities, forging a sound cooperative relationship that promotes mutual development and win-win outcomes.
