Our institute takes the initiative to actively track the development of "Internet+" technology, and in November 2017, it was the first in the country to launch the "Tencent Ride Code" station entry project for the entire line network in cooperation with Tencent in Guangzhou Metro, creating a credit payment mode of getting on the train first and then making payment. Subsequently, in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Changsha, Nanning, Xi'an and other cities and lines, our design to "two-dimensional code" on behalf of the financial qPBOC3.0 flash payment TCE, the host simulation of the HCE virtual card, ODA offline authentication on-line credit card, Huawei PAY Apple PAY, cell phone bluetooth offline ride code, Face biometrics, digital RMB and other diversified payment "Internet +" new rail transit lines to meet the needs of different passengers. This technical service has been authorized one utility model and accepted one invention patent.
The application of payment diversification technology in urban rail transit has significant advantages. Considering from the passenger dimension, it can effectively reduce the time for passengers to queue up to buy tickets on site, alleviate the problems of gathering of people in the station, etc., which greatly improves the travel experience of passengers; considering from the operation dimension, the large number of applications of diversified payment reduces the usage rate of single-trip tickets from about 30% to less than 5%, which in turn reduces the work of ticketing and tickets, etc., and at the same time, the cash module and ticket card module of the system equipment and the ticket card module of the system equipment are also used. At the same time, the utilization rate of cash module and ticket card module of system equipment is reduced, the fault maintenance is reduced, and the operation and maintenance cost is lowered; considering from the construction dimension, the number of automatic ticket vending machines, cash modes, and ticket card modules, etc., is greatly reduced, and the overall cost of the system investment is greatly reduced.
Technical features and advantages/innovations
(1) "Internet+"-based two-dimensional code virtual ticket checking technology, which reads two-dimensional code information from the gate machine, supports dual offline methods, credit payment and online data verification, and realizes the release of passengers with two-dimensional code virtual tickets;
(2) Credit IC card ODA technology based on credit payment, utilizing the advantages of large issuance volume and wide coverage of credit IC card, using UnionPay IC card to directly swipe in and out of the station, and realizing the "national one-card";
(3) Metro cloud card payment based on host card simulation HCE technology, passengers use the metro special APP to bind their personal account cards, after the system real-name authentication, the system opens the metro cloud card service, and passengers use their cell phones to enter and exit the station;
(4) Based on qPBOC3.0 standard financial IC card flash payment technology, through the expansion of the application of industry micro-payment wallet, to realize the composite transaction of the subway industry applications;
(5) Face-based biometric metro payment technology, with passengers' facial feature information for identification, the use of computer image processing technology biometric means, so that the ticketing process from the "recognition of tickets through the gates" to "recognition of people through the gates" evolution.
Applications/Scenarios
Since November 2017, the whole line network of Guangzhou Metro opened the "ride code" function designed by our institute, the domestic diversified payment based on "Internet +" has been expanded and applied to most of the domestic urban rail transit cities in a short period of 2-3 years. As of 2022, a total of 44 cities opened "Internet +" diversified payment, the annual national subway QR code into the station 5.8 billion people, other payment methods into the station 173 million people, the national "Internet +" ticket overall card Passenger traffic research accounted for 51%, of which "two-dimensional code" contributed 50%. 2022 two-dimensional code passenger traffic of more than one billion in 15 cities, some cities "two-dimensional code" use rate reached 70%.
