In this study, for the current situation of rail transit air-conditioning system with a large proportion of energy consumption and low energy efficiency, as well as the characteristics of environmental dynamics and mode complexity, the energy consumption prediction model of air-conditioning system in rail transit stations is established for the first time, and a method based on the whole-domain perception and real-time optimization and control is put forward; for the complex control object of metro air-conditioning system with multi-objective and multi-parameter, the refined design method of air-conditioning system is put forward; and the structural characteristic configuration based on the decoupling technology, respectively, for the wind system, chilled water system, cooling water system, etc. proposed a self-learning control model based on big data, cloud computing. After the completion of the station cooling system annual average operating energy efficiency ratio (COP) greater than 5.5, air conditioning system annual average operating energy efficiency ratio (COP) greater than 4.0 main performance indicators, put forward the intelligent ultra-high efficiency air conditioning system integration solutions, the level of research results in the field of rail transit is at the international leading level, has been authorized 4 inventions, 6 utility models, 6 softwritings, the formation of 4 standards.
Technical Features and Advantages/Innovation Points
(1) For the first time, the refined energy-saving design method of high-efficiency air-conditioning system applicable to metro stations is proposed. Based on the characteristics of the air-conditioning load in metro stations, the dynamic load characteristic analysis strategy of the target metro stations has been established, based on which the system equipment selection method based on the present value of energy-efficiency has been put forward, and based on the characteristics of the metro station buildings, the air-conditioning transmission and distribution system optimization technology and the airflow organization optimization technology are put forward, and the relevant software tools have been researched and developed. The related software tools have also been developed;
(2) Based on the energy consumption characteristics and performance evaluation model of the air conditioning system, the intelligent control model is proposed for the air system control module, chilled water system control module and cooling water system control module of the subway air conditioning system, which is a multi-objective and multi-parameter complex control object, and based on the method of decoupling and global optimization searching, the global optimization searching control strategy based on the energy consumption prediction model is established, and the patented control algorithms and control software are developed. control software;
(3) For the first time, a cloud-based intelligent data platform for metro air-conditioning system has been built, realizing real-time analysis and control of multi-platform system status, energy consumption measurement and evaluation of energy efficiency indicators, monitoring of key equipment and early warning of failures, etc., and analyzing, counting, and storing the data as well as setting up a database of metro stations' whole-life-cycle energy consumption;
(4) For the first time, it has established a complete set of refined construction and operation and maintenance technology system for high-efficiency air-conditioning systems, and developed an intelligent operation and maintenance system.
