January 26, China Civil Engineering Society, Beijing Zhan Tianyou Civil Engineering Science and Technology Development Foundation formally announced the second batch of the twentieth China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award winners, by the design institute to undertake the overall design of Guangzhou City Railway Transit Line 9 project, Wuxi Metro Line 3 Phase I project two projects won the current Zhan Tianyou Award, returned with honor. Up to now, the Design Institute has won a total of 10 China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award.
China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award is approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, recognized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, under the joint support and guidance of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of Water Resources, the State Railway Corporation of China and other relevant departments, in order to promote scientific and technological innovation and progress in the civil engineering industry for the purpose of scientific and technological awards, set up in 1999, by the Chinese Society of Civil Engineers and the Beijing Zhan Tianyou Civil Engineering Science and Technology Development Foundation. It was established in 1999 and awarded by China Civil Engineering Society and Beijing Zhan Tianyou Foundation for the Development of Civil Engineering Science and Technology. It is an important award covering various fields of civil engineering, such as building, bridge, railroad, tunnel, rail transit, highway, water conservancy, port, and municipal affairs.
Ⅰ、Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 9 Project
Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 9 Project passes through Huadu District and Baiyun District of Guangzhou, takes off from Goeling in the west, passes through Huadu Automobile City, Guangzhou North Railway Station, Huadu District Government, Airport Business District and other key areas, and reaches to Gaozeng Station of Metro Line 3 North Extension. The line is 20.1 kilometers long, all underground lines, with 11 stations and a total investment of 10.910 billion yuan, officially opened for operation on December 28, 2017, which is not only the first subway line within Huadu District, but also an important transportation backbone for the efficient development of Guangzhou's northern expansion. The line is the first underground line constructed in the water-rich karst development area in China for the whole line, with complex geological conditions, the existence of karst, fracture zones, water-rich sand layer and other adverse geological phenomena, especially karst development, the average rate of seeing holes in the dissolved soil holes is 50%, and up to 70% in some work sites. The line also needs to pass through many rivers, hundreds of houses, and important structures such as the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railroad and the Beijing-Guangzhou railroad, so there are a number of engineering and technical difficulties in the construction of the whole line.
The project has realized six "domestic firsts": the first set of subway shield project technology for composite strata under water-rich karst development conditions, the first key technology for penetrating the ballastless track bed of 350km/h high-speed railroads, the first set of key technology for adding stations to the existing shield intervals in water-rich karst strata, the first parallel double-mode shield equipment, the first key technology for information management and control of urban rail transit construction, and the first intelligent system of urban rail transit electromechanical system. Ⅱ、Wuxi Metro Line 3 Phase I Project
Wuxi Metro Line 3 Phase I Project is a backbone line in the long-term planning of Wuxi Rail Transit "8 lines and 5S", passing through Huishan, Liangxi, Xinwu and other important urban areas, and linking Wuxi Railway Station, New High Speed Railway Station, South Jiangsu International Airport and other transportation hubs, incorporating the regional culture into the landscape design of entrances and exits to highlight "Watery Jiangnan", "Lane and Bridge", "Four Seasons Scenery", to create a "one-stop-a-view", linking all the way "Good scenery". Line length of 28.5 kilometers, 21 stations, a total investment of 20.612 billion yuan, October 28, 2020 officially opened for business. The opening of the line realizes the goal of Wuxi north of Changzhou, south of Suzhou, and promotes the sharing of regional resources and positive interaction; consolidates Wuxi City as the central city of the northern wing of the Yangtze River Delta region and builds a regional transportation hub city.
The project has carried out a series of scientific and technological innovations: it has developed a complete set of shield intelligent tunneling technology under complex conditions, created a complete set of contact channel construction technology by pipe jacking method in water-rich and weak strata, carried out the semi-naked decoration design of "Great Simplicity and Beauty", developed low headroom pile pulling construction technology under high bearing head, and created "Underground Rainbow" for the first time by adopting the design concept of "Color Pipeline", and carried out the research of remote automatic grounding system. The design concept of "color pipeline" was adopted for the first time to create "underground rainbow", and the research on remote automatic grounding system was carried out.
