Project Description:

The project is responsible for the consulting services for the review of the design scheme and construction drawings for the Macau Light Rail Transit (LRT) East Project, which includes the overall management of on-site performance and the provision of consulting services for the review of the design scheme and construction drawings for the project.

Technical Highlights:

1. Macao LRT East Line is the first LRT connecting to Guanzha, with dense flow of people, involving the transformation of Guanzha Border Crossing, complicated traffic diversion, and difficult construction;

2. Part of the stations are located in the beach area, which requires treatment of reclamation to avoid differential settlement;

3. Part of the station is located in a dense commercial area, surrounded by buildings; part of the entrances and exits cross the municipal trunk roads, the boundary conditions are complex, and the project is difficult;

4. Some station intervals use large diameter large shield structure, under the sea, high engineering risk;

5. Connecting with the existing Taipa Line; involving the reconstruction of the existing line, which is difficult to reconstruct; the train signals and train yards follow the existing Taipa Line, which needs to be reconstructed accordingly, and the reconstruction risk is high.
