1. Realize the automatic modeling of all the specialties in the rail zone. The results have been applied to the first passage section of Guangzhou Metro Line 18 and 22, GuangHua Intercity Line, Fangbai Intercity Rail and other lines, and the modeling mileage has been completed over 185 kilometers.


2. The design aid tool drives the creation of tunnel models by parameters, and also automatically carries out the creation of tunnel structural calculation models based on survey, route and other data, automatically extracts internal forces for reinforcement calculations after calculations, and automatically generates tunnel structural calculation books. At present, it has generated more than 150 calculations for shield tunnels of GuangHua, Fangbai Intercity Line and other lines.


3. Auxiliary design drawing tool, based on the survey, line and other data to automatically generate interval general plan, longitudinal section and other drawings. The key functions of the software include data import, data confirmation, drawing setting and results output.


4. Independent research and development of station equipment room modularization and intelligent design tools, based on the standardized station equipment room, designed into parametric modules, allowing parameters to be adjusted according to the actual project conditions and automated layout, sorting out station equipment room design requirements, converting them into machine-recognizable and executable flow-based design rules, and developing and forming an intelligent design tool to carry out automated design and automated modeling of station equipment rooms. At present, more than 190 equipment room applications have been completed on various lines such as Guanghua and Fangbai Intercity Line.


5. Based on the standardized documents of the vehicle base's capital raising and drawing, develop a modeling tool with flexible adjustment of the types and quantities of single-unit warehouses (including parking garage, weekly and monthly inspection warehouses, fixed repair warehouses, temporary repair warehouses, static adjustment warehouses, etc.) and variable design parameters. It allows users to make design adjustments according to specific projects, and develops a set of algorithms to perform positional arrangement calculations according to the design rules of single-unit storerooms and base equipment, and automatically completes the storeroom modeling and equipment layout of various process storerooms. The results are applied to Guanghua and Fangbai Intercity Line, and the depot modeling of more than 10 vehicle sections has been completed. The data of rods, connectors, anchor bolts and pipelines are obtained from the drawings or models of support hangers according to the component layers or component parameters, and the corresponding load calculation diagrams and internal force envelope diagrams of support hangers are generated by the recognition calculation, and the software supports the design to make load modifications.
