Aiming at the domestic air-conditioning system in the field of rail transit's rough and conservative design and the status quo of low energy-efficiency operation, it puts forward the analysis of the dynamic load characteristics of refined air-conditioning system and the chiller selection method based on the present value of energy-efficiency, creates the theory of high-efficiency air-conditioning system for rail transit with the whole chain, multi-parameter, and full-coverage, develops the structural feature configuration decoupling technology for complex control objects, and builds the industrialization and engineering, standardized technology application system, realizing the precise regulation and control of rail transit air conditioning system. In the pilot application in Guangzhou Chebeinan Metro Station, the average annual operating energy efficiency ratio (COP) of the refrigeration system in the forward load section is ≥5.87, and that of the air conditioning system is ≥4.31. The relevant technology has passed the thematic evaluation of the Energy Conservation Association of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and has reached the international leading level.
