Project Description:

The Design and Development building of Guangzhou Metro Design and Research Institute is located in the core location of Baiyun New City, Guangzhou, with a total construction area of about 68,300 square meters. It is a comprehensive building integrating information, intelligence and humanization. The project integrates the concept of ecological energy saving, green and low-carbon, and adopts solar photovoltaic power generation system, rainwater recycling system, direct drinking water system and efficient sanitary ware. The green building evaluation is rated as three stars.

Design Highlights:

1. The first high-rise building with near-zero energy consumption in Guangzhou.

2. Green building evaluation labeled as three-star, with design reference to LEED and WELL evaluation standards.

3. The design relies on the clouds and mountains, practicing the concept of ecological energy saving, green and low carbon.
