Project Description:

The subway security monitoring and communication command center is located in the Chisha Depot of Guangzhou Line 11, with a total construction area of about 28,000 square meters. The center brings together the line monitoring and communication system that has been in operation, and undertakes the command and dispatching functions of Guangzhou Metro police work. The technical rooms of the project include monitoring and communication command center, case handling room, information and communication room, network security room, confidential work room, criminal technology room, finance room involved in the case, various police materials warehouse (including ammunition storage), archive room, standby room, police skills classroom, etc. In this project, the prefabricated components of the assembled monolithic frame-cast-in-place shear wall structure have A wide range of applications and a high proportion of prefabricated components, including 40.5% of vertical components and 82.5% of beams, slabs and stairs, and the prefabricated floors range from 1 to 16 floors, reaching the provincial standard A-level prefabricated building project.

Design Highlights:

1. PCT prefabricated columns were adopted for the frame columns of the upper floors, which was the first project to formally apply this technology system

2. The technology system was selected as a project in the category of technology leadership in the "List of Reproducible and Popularized Experiences in the Development of Assembled Buildings" by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
