Project Description

Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 18 and Line 22 are two lines constructed simultaneously, which are the first underground 160km/city express line to meet the service level of metro in China, and the demonstration project of city rapid transit. Line 18 and Line 22 respond to the demand for integrated rail transportation development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and are a concrete practice of the National Development and Reform Commission's policy of promoting the development and construction of municipal (suburban) railroads. This project is between the intercity railroad and urban rail transit system, both high speed grade, large capacity, high density and other characteristics, fill the domestic metropolitan area rapid transit network hierarchy system and system system blank, for Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area rail transit integration, the future development of the domestic large urban agglomerations, the construction of metropolitan area rapid transit routes to play an important demonstration of the important role of the point to lead the way. Relying on this project, it has won 1 China Patent Silver Award, 3 First Prizes of Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress Award, 1 Provincial May 1st Labor Certificate, many Association-level Scientific and Technological Progress Awards, and more than 20 design and consulting awards at all levels; 27 patents for invention, 126 patents for utility model, 22 new work methods and 7 technical standards have been approved.


Technical Highlights

1. the first 160km/h fully underground urban express line in China that realizes the level of subway service.

2. the first adoption of steel spring floating plate track vibration damping system adapted to 160km/h urban express line.

3. adopting high-speed CBTC system and LTE technology signal system for the first time, realizing the flexible transportation organization mode of "big stop + station stop" combination operation under the conditions of high-density tracking and local common line operation.

4. pioneering the use of large-bandwidth optical transmission network and cloud platform to build the communication system, with the help of cloud computing, big data, broadband wireless communication and other advanced technologies, to provide multi-dimensional and holographic communication services for passengers and operation personnel.

5. the first line to be constructed at line level and assessed according to the energy efficiency target, adopting the intelligent ring control equipment monitoring system, realizing that the integrated cooling performance coefficient of the entire line's refrigeration machine room is > 5.0, and that of the air conditioning system is > 3.5.
