Project Description：

The patrol dog training base is located in Panyu District, Luoxi Island, north of Xiajiao Depot, total land area 32,500㎡，Consists of 9 buildings（1-4 floors, 1 of which has a basement）： police standby room、simulation training room、kennel、animal hospital、breeding area、isolation kennel、annex room、guard room, Total building area 5980 ㎡，and training grounds. Design of this project includes architecture, structure, decoration, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and drainage, low-voltage power distribution, communication system, fire alarm system, sewage treatment equipment, dog swimming pool, field training facilities, landscape and gardening. The building monolith is a reinforced concrete frame structure. The reasonable service life for it is 50 years. This project has high social and economic benefits, it makes up for the blank of the canine team of Guangzhou Public Security Bureau.

Design Highlights：

1、Based on "dog-oriented" design concept, each patrol dog has its own unique "home".

2、Applying group layout，get rid of the common rows and columns of dull impression in domestic kennels.

3、Ingeniously utilizing the three reserved sites at Xiajiao Depot of MTR Line 3.

4、Focus on epidemic-proof and climate design.

5、Scattered, grouped layout form is conducive to the natural ventilation of the kennel.
