本项目涵盖建设期及运营期两个阶段，其中建设期主要对基坑、隧道及周边环境实施第三方监测，并针对监测建立信息平台以提供信息化系统服务，项目成果用于指导信息化施工，保障土建施工安全；运营期是对已投入运营的轨道交通线网结构进行大范围、全周期的定期监测，项目成果用于指导结构保养、维护及维修，保障运营安全。

The project covers two stages-construction stage and operation stage, where, during the construction stage, third-party monitoring was mainly carried out for foundation pit, tunnel and surrounding environment, and information platform was established to collect monitoring information so as to provide information - based systematic service. The project results were used to instruct information-based construction and ensure civil engineering construction safety. During the operation period, large-scale and whole-cycle regular monitoring were carried out for the rail transit lines where had been put into operation, and the project results were used to instruct structural maintenance and overhaul and ensure operation safety.
