该公司是广州地铁设计院与南车时代电气股份公司合资成立，利用番禺区现有厂房改造为轨道交通动力设备组装等业务车间，并配置相应办公场所。

由于车间对静电等要求严格，在改造和装修过程中需特殊处理。本项目将已有一层厂房改造为部分两层结构，设置办公场所，降低了项目成本，同时压缩工期，提高了效率。

The company is a joint-venture co-founded by Guangzhou Metro Design Institute and CSR Times Electric Co. Ltd. and existing plants in Panyu District were transformed into railway transportation power equipment assembly workshop and other workshops and corresponding offices were also set up. 

Since the workshop has strict requirements on static electricity, etc., special treatment was required during the transformation and decoration process. The project transformed the existing one-story workshop into partially two-story structure, and offices were set up to bring down the project cost, shorten the construction period and improve efficiency.
