本项目位于广州地铁一号线西堕车辆段内，属于改造性工程项目，我院作为设计施工总承包单位，对建筑开展了结构加固、建筑内部改造、室内装修，建筑外立面遮阳板安装，室外道路及景观，通风空调、给排水及消防、电气照明、门禁、FAS、电话、网络、视频监控、电梯等工程，改造后作为广州地铁城市轨道交通系统安全与运维保障国家工程实验室办公及实验场地，总建筑面积5500m²。

The project is located in the Xitun Depot of Guangzhou Metro Line 1, which is a transformational project.As the general contractor for design and construction, our institute has carried out structural reinforcement, interior renovation, interior decoration, installation of facade visor, outdoor roads and landscapes, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and drainage, fire protection, electrical lighting, access control, FAS, telephone, network, video surveillance, elevators, etc., After renovation, the project would be considered as the national engineering laboratory of Guangzhou Metro Urban Rail Transit System Safety and Operation Maintenance Office and experimental site, with a total construction area of 5,500 m²
