本项目是广州市第一个以设计牵头的工程总承包项目，包括土建、装修、机电、综合工艺、轨道、通信、信号灯系统，以及具有轨道交通特色的各类培训设备采购及安装工程。基地包括电客车模拟培训室、设备模拟培训室、普通教室、办公室等。

This project is Guangzhou's first general engineering contracting project dominated by design, including construction, decoration, mechanical and electrical, integrated technology, track, communication and signal lamp system as well as various training, equipment procurement and installation engineering with rail transit characteristics. The base includes electric bus simulation driving rooms, equipment simulation training rooms, ordinary classrooms and offices, etc.
