项目位于佛山市南海金融高新区三期的交汇中心，广佛城际轨道交通线路斜穿地块，车站也设在其中，是典型的地铁车站上盖物业。

项目规划定位为交通、商业、住宅综合体，主要功能包括物业开发以及交通枢纽两大模块。物业开发功能包括商业裙楼、办公写字楼塔楼以及酒店、住宅等，交通枢纽功能包括广佛线金融高新区站、配套的公交换乘枢纽以及相应的社会停车功能需求。

项目总用地面积为45131m²,总建筑面积为358669m²,总建筑高度169.26m。

我院负责本项目的项目建议书、工可编制及勘察设计总承包。

The project is located in the intersection of Phase III of Nanhai Financial High-tech Zone, the Gunagzhou-Foshan intercity transit line cuts across the plot where there is also a metro station, and it is a typical case of building property above a metro station.

Project planning positioned as a transportation, commercial and residential complex, and the main feature includes two modules, namely property development and transportation hub. The property consists of commercial podium building, office building towers and hotels, residential buildings, etc. The transportation hub includes Financial Hi-Tech Zone of Guangzhou-Foshan Line, auxiliary public transit hubs and corresponding social parking functional requirements.

The project covers a land area of 45,131m² and boasts a total floor area of 358,669m². The building height is 169.26m in total.Our institute is responsible for the preparation of project proposal and feasibility report as well as general survey & design contracting.
