The project is located in the intersection of Phase III of Nanhai Financial High-tech Zone, the Gunagzhou-Foshan intercity transit line cuts across the plot where there is also a metro station, and it is a typical case of building property above a metro station.
Project planning positioned as a transportation, commercial and residential complex, and the main feature includes two modules, namely property development and transportation hub. The property consists of commercial podium building, office building towers and hotels, residential buildings, etc. The transportation hub includes Financial Hi-Tech Zone of Guangzhou-Foshan Line, auxiliary public transit hubs and corresponding social parking functional requirements.
The project covers a land area of 45,131m2 and boasts a total floor area of 358,669m2. The building height is 169.26m in total.Our institute is responsible for the preparation of project proposal and feasibility report as well as general survey & design contracting.
