项目位于广州市海珠区琶洲，地处广州地铁四、八号线换乘站万胜围地铁站，南临珠江，北接新港东路、东邻新涪南路，毗邻广交会琶洲会展中心。

项目整体建成集地铁运营指挥中心(含线网控制中心、培训会议中心、档案中心、科普中心等功能)、商业、金融、办公、枢纽于一体的具有区域标志性的地铁上盖城市综合体建筑。项目占地面积约为41228m2,计容面积约为23万rr?。我院负责本项目的项目建议书、工可编制和勘察设计总承包。

The project is located in Pazhou Plot, Haizhu District of Guangzhou. At Wanshengwei Railway Station, a transfer station between Line 4 and Line 8 of Guangzhou Metro, it adjoins with the Pearl River in South, connects Xingang East Road in North and neighbors Xinjiao South Road in East, and it is next to Canton Fair Pazhou Exhibition Center.

On the whole, the project will be constructed into an urban complex building over railway station that integrates subway operation command center (including line network control center, training conference center, archives center, science popularization center, restaurant staff and other functions), business, finance, office and hub and has regional features.The project covers a plot area of about 41,228m2 and an area with plot ratio calculated about 230,000m2.0ur institute is responsible for project proposal preparation, project feasibility report preparation and survey and general contracting of design.
