基于集约利用土地资源，综合利用车辆段上部空间，优化城市功能与布局，我院参与了包括广州萝岗、岐山、赤沙、官湖、南昌蛟桥、苏州太平等车辆段/停车场的上盖物业开发项目，并对上盖平台等结构进行了各项专题研究。

Based on the concept of intensive use of land resources, comprehensive use of the space above the rail yard and optimizing urban function and layout, our institute participated in the aboveground property development projects for the rail yards/parking lots of Luogang, Qishan, Chisha, Guanhu, Nanchang Jiaoqiao and Suzhou Taiping, etc. and carried out special study on the structures, such as top-head platform.
